Hello! Welcome to my Pledge Page! In October 2001, I will be participating in a wonderful and extraordinary event. The Avon Breast Cancer 3-Day in Atlanta! I will be walking 60 miles in 3 days, and raising money in the fight against breast cancer.

My mother passed away several years ago after a battle with lung cancer. No one should have to suffer as she did, and that's why I'm walking. To help stop the pain.

I chose to fight breast cancer because it has no known causes or preventions, yet it will affect one in every nine women. I don't want anyone to go through the pain and suffering of cancer and it's treatments.

I'm proud to be part of such an extraordinary event. And I am determined to finish the event with a smile on my face, and a tear in my eye.
